LYNDSAY FICHTENBAUM

Ms. Fichtenbaum focuses her practice in personal injury, construction defect litigation, and insurance defense litigation. She represents the firm’s clients on all aspects of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial.
“My first experience with the law was as an intern for a court-appointed attorney for children in the Nassau County Family Court and Superior Court in New York. Having the ability to work with children in my first legal position helped mold me into an attorney that is able to understand and appreciate the significant impact I can have on my client’s lives.”
As a judicial intern, I assisted family law judges in approving adoptions. The smile on the peoples’ faces when they finally put what felt like the missing pieces of their family together is an experience I will never forget.
