Harris B. Katz

“My philosophy is to treat my clients the way that I would want my attorney to treat me.”

Mr. Katz provides hands-on support for clients throughout the litigation process from inception through trial. He prepares and files cases in a variety of areas, including construction defects, commercial litigation, consumer products liability, mass torts, personal injury, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

“I worked at a Silicon Valley start-up during the late-90s technology boom. I was in business development, responsible for creating and nurturing relationships with a variety of technology firms—everything from start-ups and Fortune 500s to private and government research facilities. That experience has proven invaluable to my representation of clients throughout the state.”

Mr. Katz considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be his resolution of a $2,000,000 wrongful death case within two months of the accident. The insurance company initially refused to extend coverage to his client after the mother and father were killed in a head-on collision.
