Erin Ward

“I chose law as my profession because it gives me an opportunity to provide real and meaningful legal services to my Clients.”

Ms. Ward focuses her practice on first party property insurance defense and contract disputes and defending insurance carriers in property casualty actions focusing on windstorm and water intrusion. She is an experienced trial attorney previously working for several years in residential property foreclosure and real estate litigation.

“Throughout my career I have handled hundreds of trials and hearings which has provided me with unique and vast experiences in multiple jurisdictions and appearances before many judges.”

Ms. Ward considers her greatest professional accomplishment to be helping an elderly client facing foreclosure remain in the home she lived in all of her life for her final years.
