Cary Goggin

“GADC is an environment that supports intellectual openness and problem-solving through discussion. This fosters incredibly accelerated growth for young attorneys.”

Mr. Goggin manages litigation cases from inception through resolution, including developing solutions tailored to the needs of individual clients and engineering case strategies through pleadings, discovery and motion practice to prepare each case for success. Mr. Goggin is also responsible for advising and representing clients on landlord and tenant litigation, as well as real estate transactions. He assists with post-judgment garnishment and attachment matters and drafts commercial and residential lease agreements. Mr. Goggin also advises clients on community association law and develops declaration and restriction enforcement strategies for community associations.

“I think it’s important to remember that clients are people as distinctive as the histories that define them. Every client comes to me with nuances, forged by a lifetime of experiences, that set them apart from anyone else. I take the time to learn not just what my client wants, but who my client is, tailoring my approach to each person’s unique needs. In doing so, I earn my clients’ trust and set the foundations for long-lasting, meaningful relationships.”

Mr. Goggin considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be the first time a judge singled him out in court to ask for the answer to a legal question. Mr. Goggin had no involvement with the case and was simply observing from the benches. The fact that a judge had a high enough opinion to call on him as an independent legal resource has stuck with him to present day.
