Ashley N. Czajkowski

“I chose law as my profession because it touches every aspect of our lives and is constantly evolving. It brings me great satisfaction to share my knowledge with clients and to put them at ease while guiding them through the legal process.”

Ms. Czajkowski is responsible for estate planning matters, including drafting powers of attorney, wills, trusts, and health care directives. She also represents personal representatives and trustees in probate proceedings and trust administrations. Ms. Czajkowski also assists our clients in obtaining guardianships for loved ones who are incapacitated, as well as evaluating and achieving Medicaid and other public benefit eligibility.

“My background in journalism prepared me for a successful career in law by not only strengthening my writing and fact-finding skills, but by training me to filter extraneous information and explain difficult concepts with clarity and brevity.”

Ms. Czajkowski considers her greatest professional accomplishment to be her ability to create long-lasting client relationships through empathy, honesty, and understanding.
