“I chose law as my profession because I recognize that the legal system is complex and often intimidating for my clients, and I value that my hard work and dedication throughout my career has provided me with the necessary skill set to navigate my clients through difficult legal issues so they have a fair opportunity to be heard in court.”

Ms Farinelli’s practice is focused in the areas of insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation, and business litigation.  She represents and advises clients on property insurance law, as well as every phase of litigation, including motion practice, discovery issues, pre-trial strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial.

“Having been exposed to many different areas of litigation prior to law school, during law school, and as a practicing attorney, I am uniquely positioned to be able to handle a variety of cases simultaneously.”

Ms Farinelli’s greatest professional accomplishment occurred while helping a single mother file for guardianship over her son who was so disabled that he would be incapable of caring for himself once he turned 18.  Now that her client is the legal guardian of her son, she has the legal authority to make all decisions about his life that are in his best interest, including but not limited to, medical and financial decisions.  Representing this family shaped Ms. Farinelli into the hard-working, detail-oriented attorney that she is today, because Ms. Farinelli was able to overcome many complex legal issues in order to help her client’s son get the assistance he will need for the rest of his life.
