“When it comes to practicing law, my philosophy is to be a facilitator of positive and efficient ideas in order to close a transaction quickly and smoothly. With this in mind, any obstacle can be separated into key elements and worked out between the involved parties.”
Mr. Steszewski’s core practice areas are residential and commercial real estate transactions, complex commercial leases, business acquisitions, and real estate, business, and construction financing. Additionally, he focuses on estate planning, probate, community association general matters, corporate and business organization, and medical and dental office acquisitions.
“I was given the opportunity to take the lead on a multitude of complex transactions early in my career which allowed me to quickly hone my ability to break down any transaction into individual components, negotiate terms, and get the deal closed.”
Mr. Steszewski’s greatest professional accomplishment was drafting, negotiating, and closing a multimillion dollar construction loan for one of the largest Hispanic owned homebuilders in the nation which helped pave the way for an economic recovery for parts of South Florida.
