“When it comes to practicing law, my philosophies are to treat all clients with the highest level of respect and handle their legal issues as if they were my own.”

Mr. Fraser is responsible for a diverse group of cases in the Firm’s litigation department, and his practice is centered on commercial litigation, including insurance defense and condominium and homeowner association disputes. Mr. Fraser also handles commercial defect and personal injury matters.

“Having the opportunity to carry a significant caseload early in my career provided me with a unique understanding of how to skillfully balance numerous matters simultaneously while at the same time anticipating various legal issues before they arise.”

Mr. Fraser considers his greatest professional accomplishment to be his successful defense of three separate lawsuits brought by an individual against his client, which resulted in a nominal settlement after extensive litigation and an award of sanctions against the opposing party.
