JOSEPH ENDICOTT
ATTORNEY
Joseph Endicott is an attorney in the Firm’s Community Association Law department. With all client matters, Mr. Endicott advises both homeowner and condominium associations to handle all aspects of community governance. He is also responsible for drafting, amending, and interpreting governing documents, prosecuting covenant enforcement, and construction defects. He is also reviews and negotiates vendor contracts, and attends board meetings to provide legal guidance.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Endicott worked in the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Office of General Counsel in the Construction Division. He oversaw consumer complaints against contractors. This experience was beneficial in his current role at the Firm assisting various Associations navigate construction disputes with contractors.
Mr. Endicott also previously served as a Legislative Aide to Florida State Senator Aaron Bean. In this role, he managed the Senator’s legislative initiatives. This included Bill formulation, drafting, and guiding legislation through the legislative process, including presenting legislation to Senate Committees. The extensive knowledge gained while working in the legislature now benefits his clients by providing detailed knowledge of the legislative process.
